Food and exercise Being healthy involves the balance of food and exercise.
Food is something that we are consuming, and with enough exercise we to stay fit. Many nutritionists, doctors and others will say that many people die from heart attack, clogging of the blood vessels, increased blood pressure etc., just because they dont treat their body right. But what is the healthy amount of diet and exercise?
There are a lot of advice on the web that can help solve problems by eating the right food. Food pyramid is nutrition guide divided into selections (usually in 4 selections). Every selection contains recommended food group.
The first (top) selection shows us what food should we eat in minimum amounts, and those are oils, fats, and sweats.
Second selection is divided in milk yogurt, cheese, meat, fish and eggs. The third selection is also divided in vegetables and fruit, and on the end (bottom, forth selection) are rice, bread, cereal and pasta. The right way of eating food is to consume less food from the top, and more from the bottom.
The good balance of diet and exercise also helps. The amount of food we eat is also important. There is one of the famous phrases that will explain how to eat right through the day, and it says: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner as poor person. Combine that kind of diet and exercise and you will be in a perfect shape!
